Eyes are one of the most important senses of our body parts. Eye used to see light, colors and familiar objects that surround us. To the death we will always use our eyes. But do we know if the eye may also experience fatigue?

What causes the tired eyes? 
The usual tired eyes caused not because we see every day, is not it. Tired eyes are the eyes that used to continuously focus on a particular point or writing. Tired eyes that often occurs in those who linger when:
  • Reading Books 
  • Playing computer 
  • Watching movies

Well, the symptoms most often perceived by the eye fatigue that is: 
Heaviness in the upper eyelid and the eyeball was attracted to the inside. Actually, these symptoms are caused due to fatigue in the muscles of the eye that is used for continuous work and contract.
Eyes became blurred. Fleeing is a normal phenomenon if the eye muscles can no longer contract maximum eye consequently be difficult to focus again
Drowsiness. Drowsiness is a normal phenomenon that shows that the eye and brain organs we have experienced fatigue the maximum because our work.

Then what is the treatment? 
Treatment of tired eyes is not particularly difficult, it takes no medication at all because all it takes is a few things as follows:
Stop the activity of reading or typing on the computer, immediately leave the house and look at a tree or a building located in remote areas. That way, the muscles of the eye to see near to rest.
Wash your face and eyes with water. Wipe the eyelids with eyes closed state. The effect is to cool the eyes and will come back refreshed.
Sleep. Yes, with sleep the eye can rest. Go to sleep for at least 5 hours in the room and by turning off the lights or in a dark atmosphere. Because sleep in a dark mood would speed up the process of recovery of the eye.
